Operational Excellence delivers lasting results for KEMP

The implementation of a strategy of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement have resulted in significant benefits for the Cable Harness and electronics assembly manufacturer based in their 25,000 ft² state of the art factory based in Westbury, Wiltshire.
